NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW: We want wanna money…

The economy of Ghana requires the retrieval of the Loot, the plundered public purse especially as payment of debts accumulated by Ken Ofori-Atta, Governor Addison, Bawumia and Akufo-Addo become due from July 2025.

Former President Akufo-Addo can be Arrested, Investigated, Prosecuted and Convicted or JAILED BEFORE 2028 JANUARY 6TH.

Except for a Former President, every citizen of Ghana can be arrested, investigated, prosecuted and convicted/jailed at any time for any criminal offence committed, because crime has no expiry date…

The only limited exceptions being for Parliamentarians, the Clerk and Speaker of Parliament who may not be arrested on their way to or from doing Parliamentary work.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT:

The 1992 Constitution of Ghana states that a former president can’t be held personally liable for civil or criminal actions while in office.

However, civil or criminal proceedings can be brought against a former president WITHIN THREE YEARS OF LEAVING OFFICE.

EXPLANATION:

A former president can be charged with criminal or civil actions for actions taken before or during their term of office, with some exceptions.

The exceptions include if the proceedings were legally barred before the president took office.

SUPREME COURT JURISDICTION:

The Supreme Court of Ghana can be petitioned to declare that an act or omission by a person is inconsistent with the Constitution.

The Supreme Court can then make orders to enforce the declaration.

The Constitution allows for the arrest, investigation, prosecution and conviction [JAILING] of a President within three years of leaving office…

Those trying to force immunity for former Akufo Addo-Bawumia government officials from arrest, INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION despite the long list of Scandals involving these Akufo-Addo-Bawumia appointees must know that;

NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW.

Ken Ofori-Atta is certainly not above the law, he will be arrested, investigated, Prosecuted and convicted/jailed if found guilty of any of the many charges brought against him.

The overwhelming evidence of corruption against many Akufo-Addo-Bawumia officials has made it an imperative to decongest the courts of the wasteful political persecutions…

Discontinuing the political trials as recommended by the memo to the Attorney-General, will free the Attorney-General and State Prosecutors to prosecute the numerous corruption cases to recover the Billions of Dollars looted from the public purse,  retrieve the Looted State Lands and Bungalows and bring meaning to the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) which received thousands of tip-offs with evidence of corruption, Looting…

The Traditional Courts cannot handle the high volumes of corruption cases…

The Fast Track Courts will therefore require expansion to include the Faster Track Tribunals to deal with these corruption cases and aim in the expeditious recovery of the Loot.

The economy of Ghana requires the retrieval of the Loot, the plundered public purse especially as payment of debts accumulated by Ken Ofori-Atta, Governor Addison, Bawumia and Akufo-Addo become due from July 2025.

To the Resourceful wife of the NPP Chairman of the Botianor Ngleshie Amanfro Constituency, Mrs. Perpetual Ofori Ampofo, who is the President of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association;

To employ more Ghanaians, including teachers, nurses and midwifery professionals there must be financial clearance, meaning availability of money to pay their salaries.NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW: We want wanna money...

The building of more schools and hospitals to accommodate the numbers of teachers, nurses and midwifery professionals will also require money, money which a few corrupt government officials have stolen from the public purse and kept for their personal use.

The upgrading of teacher training and nursing training institutes to Tertiary status gives them the opportunity to access significant amounts of money through the revolving Students Loan Scheme which replaces their meagre Allowances.

This shift in policy also allows government to increase the number of students accepted into the Teaching and Nursing programmes as opposed to the quota system which is dependent on government’s ability to pay their Allowances.

The policy also guarantees work for Teachers and Nurses etc after completion of their course as there will be quality schools and hospitals to absorb them while the government explores the prospect of exporting excess numbers under protocols to be established with user governments through our ambassadors via their KPIs.

Congratulations are in order for Ghana and its new Foreign Affairs Minister for the successes chalked in record time at the African Union.

It is clear that the John Dramani Mahama government is poised to deliver on all its promises…

The resources required to achieve for Ghanaians the Manifesto promises, are available in Ghana…

Government must be given the free hand to harness all the resources including the retrieval of the Loot even if it will require the arrest, investigation, prosecution and conviction of President Akufo Addo, Bawumia, Addison, Ken Ofori-Atta and many others including the National Service Scheme managers who used ghost names to steal billions from 2017 to 2024.

Fortunately, in the quest to be the hatchet-man for Akufo Addo, the former set the precedent for the investigation of a former President…

Let nobody call what is about to happen “witch-hunting” because it will touch their favourite witches and wizards who have sacked the blood of Ghanaians without sparing the sick, the old Pensioners…

WITCHES & WIZARDS MUST BE HUNTED;

whether in Ghana or have fled the jurisdiction to hide abroad indefinitely…

Any fugitives must be brought to justice by all means necessary.

THE FAST TRACK TRIBUNALS ARE COMING…

STAY TUNED as the show begins according to law…
