Ghanaian veteran gospel musician, Jack Alolome has allegedly disclosed the reason he wouldn’t bother joining this year’s NPP’s campaign team to campaign for them despite receiving offers and invitations.

According to Kumawood actor Big Akwesi, Jack Alolomi confided in him that in somewhat last two years, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) via Chairman Wontumi reached out to him to attend one of their campaign shows and sing for them.

However, after the election, Big Akwes said the musician said he wasn’t hearing from the NPP until he had a call from Chairman Wontumi to meet at his office.

When he went, Jack Alolome said he was only given two hundred thousand Ghana Cedis (200,00), an amount he described as small and not enough according to Big Akwes.

From that day, the actor said Jack told him he would never join the NPP again even if he receives an invitation.

Big Akwes made this revelation while attacking musician Nicholas Omane Acheampong for attacking movie producers, actors and actresses for teaming up with Mahama despite collapsing their industry with dumsor when he was in power.
