National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, has filed a lawsuit against the Government of Ghana, contesting the legality of a directive that led to widespread dismissals in the public sector.
The lawsuit claims that President John Dramani Mahama’s Chief of Staff exceeded constitutional authority by ordering the revocation of appointments made within the Public Services of Ghana.
