OccupyGhana is an ENABLER: of Galamsey, Corruption and Land Looting

Suddenly, President Akufo-Addo now knows that 80% of Lands in Ghana are not held by government?

That only 20% of Ghana’s Land particularly Accra Lands, especially La Lands have been Compulsorily acquired by government from the Chiefs who hold it in trust for the Stool.

NO LAND WAS ACQUIRED BY GOVERNMENT FROM ANY TRADITIONAL COUNCIL.

How much of the 20% of Lands Compulsorily acquired by government are still State Lands not fraudulently allocated to private persons like Justice Sophia Akuffo for paltry sums such as the GHc7000 she paid for the prime Cantonments State Land worth millions?

What did President Akufo-Addo do with the long list of Land Looters attached to the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition he refused to act on for two (2) years in breach of the Constitution…

…Samson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends sheepishly looked on and pretended to be unaware that they had said that the President was only a conveyor belt in Article Petition cases.

Ace Ankoma of OccupyGhana put it succinctly, that “President Akufo-Addo was only a post office address and had no choice but to act immediately he received an Article 146 Petition.”

Instant millionaires were created by government when the Land Looters like Justice Sophia Akuffo who are being shielded by the President are allowed to continue to hold on to the Lands stolen from the original Land Owners.

President Akufo-Addo returned some Ashanti State Lands acquired before the 1992 Constitution came into force to the Asantehene to hold in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL.

OccupyGhana stated categorically that State Lands acquired before the 1992 Constitution came into force must not be returned to the Original Land Owners as per Article 20 (5)(6) on the 1993 Constitution but have been hypocritically silent an the E.I. 432 that President Akufo-Addo signed to return the State Lands including those occupied by the Military to the Asantehene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL.

OccupyGhana has opposed the return of State Lands to the La Mantse in trust for the Subjects of the La Stool, much of which has been fraudulently allocated to private persons by criminally-mindedofficials of the corrupt Lands Commission and tacit approval of the Lands Ministers and President.

The Hypocrisy of OccupyGhana stretches to other Executive Instruments signed by President Akufo-Addo in resolved of the Achimota Forest Lands and the Ada Songhor Salt and Lagoon to McDan through his company called Electrochem.

Sir John may be dead but his aide CHARLES OWUSU is alive, so also are the hundreds listed on the long list of Land Looters attached to the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition that Samson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends pretended to be unaware of despite thousands of public reminders that they found irritating or insulting…

…so their friend Akufo-Addo can refuse to act and be in breach of the Constitution, committing HIGH CRIME for which he can be removed from office as President of Ghana.

Will OccupyGhana call for the removal of President Akufo-Addo from office as President?

Will OccupyGhana call for the retrieval of all State Lands from private persons fraudulently allocated these prime lands like Justice Sophia Akuffo?

OR

Will OccupyGhana continue their Hypocrisy, Dishonesty and DumbDog role of See-Nothing and Say-Nothing?

SOME THIEVES ARE ANNEXING ALL ACCRA LANDS ACQUIRED BY THE STATE, PARTICULARLY IN CANTONMENTS AND LABONE.

Blaming Chiefs and Thieves is the option that President Akufo-Addo and his DumbDogs have chosen.

Some Chiefs are Thieves…

Some Government officials are Thieves too…

Ghanaians don’t care which kind of Thieves there are but that all Thieves are arrested and prosecuted.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

There will soon be Citizens Arrests if the government continues to fail to do so.
