Official: Legon Cities FC sign fomer Black Stars goalie Dauda

Legon Cities FC have officially announced the capturing of Fatau Dauda.

The former Black Stars goalkeeper has signed a two-year deal with a one-year renewal option Dailymailgh.com can confirm.

Dauda previously played for Ghanaian Premier League powerhouse Obuasi Ashantigold SC.

The former Black Stars goalkeeper who featured in the FIFA World Cup in 2014 for Ghana joined the club on a free transfer after ending his stay in Nigeria with Enyimba International FC.

The Ghanaian was the first choice goalkeeper at the Nigerian club in their campaign during the CAF Confederation Cup competition last season.

Dauda brings a lot of experience into the young LCFC team and is set to keep the post for the club for the first time on Friday when they welcome Asante Kotoko to the nation’s capital for the opening game of the second round of matches in the Ghana Premier League.
