The hypocritical OccupyGhana lawyers are yet to commence the ostrich tactic of selective application of the Constitution and interpretation of the same to save their favorites and remove others.

President John Evans Atta Mills used the retrieved International Students Hostel land to construct the New Foreign Affairs Ministry Office Complex to replace the one burnt under Akufo Addo during the Diplomatic Passport Scandal, in which several were found with drug barons to facilitate their business and other criminals evading Justice.
It is refreshing that President John Dramani Mahama has ordered all allocation of State Acquired Lands under the Foreign Affairs Ministry to be immediately reversed; this directive and that which halted any leases and compensation payments by the Lands Commission must be extended to cover all State Acquired Lands and Bungalows in line with the Operation Recover All Loot currently entering the Arrest and Prosecution phase.

President Akufo-Addo had previously in 2017 received an Article 146 Petition for the removal of Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo who according the to the petitioners paid GHc7000 for prime Cantonments State Land worth millions and therefore was unfit to lead the Supreme Court in cases involving the La Stool whose Lands were being looted as described in an earlier December 2017 Petition to President Akufo Addo by the La Mantse Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru III complaining about the clandestine annexation of La Stool lands by the Military and others for which reason the La State was serving notice of going to court.
The Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition included a long list of Land Looters, complete with particulars of the hundreds of Looting transactions attached in the appendix providing particulars of the transactions, location of the State Lands and Bungalows fraudulently allocated, Size of each, lease period, beneficiaries,s and the poultry amounts paid.

Ghanaians await with baited breath how the three new Article 146 Petitions for the removal of Chief Justice Torkornoo will go especially as the Presidency has officially communicated that it has been transmitted to the Council of State as required by the Constitution or as the Conveyor Belt is expected to do…
The OccupyGhana hypocrites will soon surface.
