Opinion: Freddy Blay & Sons …Land Looters Ltd?

I DARE FREDDY BLAY TO WITHIN 24HOURS NAME WHOEVER HE CLAIMS SOLD THE LA BEACHFRONT TO HIS SONS AND HOW MUCH THEY BOUGHT IT FOR.

As the Son of the late Dzasetse of the La Paramount Stool Nii Odotei Adjei,

As a Royal hailing from the Stool House and,

As a Citizen of the Republic of Ghana;

I, Prince-Derek Adjei, do on Father’s Day 2024 do hereby on behalf of our FOREFATHERS who fought wars to win the La Stool Lands and GENERATIONS YET UNBORN declare;

THAT THE LA STOOL will not be dispossessed of the Land and that all who have through improper or fraudulent means taken, leased or sold any La Stool Lands will have to take appropriate steps to redeem themselves and the lands.

Whiles wishing all Fathers including Freddy Blay a Happy Father’s Day and acknowledging every Father’s wish to secure their Children’s future and leave them property;

THIS FATHERLY DUTY MUST NOT BE DONE ILLEGALLY OR BY STEALING ANOTHER MAN’S PROPERTY.

I wish to state categorically that the La Stool has a similar Fatherly Duty to all its Stool Subjects and we will jealously guard against the stealing, looting or expropriation of our Lands won in wars with the blood of our forefathers.

THE STATE, STATE ACTORS AND ALL OTHERS WHO HAVE ENGAGED IN FRAUDULENT ALLOCATIONS OF LA STATE LANDS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED.

I respect the right of Freddy Blay to defend his name despite the fact that he used his Daily Guide Newspaper to serially defame me in the past.

I wished that he had allowed his two (2) adult sons who were alleged to have annexed the La Beachfront claiming it is their property to name whoever they claimed sold it to them with proof of same rather than issuing an ultimatum and demanding apologies on their behalf.

FACT:

President John Agyekum Kufuor during his tenure as the Trustee of State Acquired Lands allocated Trust Property [State Acquired Lands and Bungalows] to his appointees, friends and family [including his Brother-Law and Senior Minister JH Mensa] in breach of Trust Law and Article 20 of the Constitution which gives the first right of refusal of the Land to the Original Pre-acquisition Land Owners, in this case the La Stool.

FACT:

Freddy Blay was a Deputy Speaker of Parliament when he and other NPP stalwarts attempted to annex Prime State Land at Airport Residential area belonging to the La Stool.

The International Students Hostel was a World Heritage site, yet State Actors conspired to loot same…FACT:

But for an Article 146 Petition for the removal of Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Woode, who had a phone call offering her a portion of the International Students Hostel in exchange for her cheap Akweteyman land;

FACT:

But for President John Evans Atta Mills reversed the allocation of International Students Hostel and using the Land to build the current Foreign Affairs Ministry Office Complex;

Freddy Blay would have been one of the proud owners of the Land and whatever property on it which he would have willed to his Sons FOREVER.

Freddy Blay would have deprived the Sons and Daughters of the La Stool of the Lands won for them by their Forefathers with their blood in wars, FOREVER.

In fact, these are no different from the infamous Sir John’s FOREVER WILL in which he purported to will the Achimota Forest, some Lands and even Ramsar Sites to his family and Friends FOREVER.

FACT:

Several State Actors including Judges, Lawyers and even Chief Justices were fraudulently allocated Prime La Stool Lands in a systematic State Sponsored Looting of State Lands and Bungalows.

FACT:

There was long list of Land Looters complete with particulars of the hundreds of Looting transactions [Location of the Land, Size, Amounts paid by each of the named beneficiaries] was attached attached to the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo which President Akufo Addo refused to act on.

FACT:

Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo paid GHc7000 for prime Cantonments State Land;

Therefore in my view, Justice Sophia Akuffo was unfit to remain Chief Justice of Ghana and empanel judges to sit on La Stool Land cases.

The then La Mantse Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru had in an earlier Petition to President Akufo Addo [which I hand delivered] indicated that by a copy of that instant Petition to the Attorney-General was serving notice that the La Stool would be taking the clandestine annexation and Looting of La Stool Lands to court;

Thus I felt duty bound to submit an Article 146 Petition for the removal of Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo prior to any Court action involving the La Stool.

FACT:

Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo sat on the Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey Ridge Bungalow Case knowing that she and Jake had been allocated State Lands and Bungalows at Cantonments ridiculous prices…

Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo should have recused herself from the Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey Bungalow Case but proceeded to give her dissenting opinion that Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey should not have been allocated the Ridge Bungalow;

YET CHIEF JUSTICE SOPHIA AKUFFO IRONICALLY KEPT THE CANTONMENTS BUNGALOW ALLOCATED TO HER AT GHC7000.

President Akufo-Addo who was also offered State Land by a phone call, according to his nephew Gabby Asare Ochere-Darko, refused the offer claiming that IT WAS IMMORAL.

Realising he could not clear his appointee, President Akufo Addo refused to act as the Conveyor Belt  we were informed by the OccupyGhana lawyers he was during the Article Petition for the removal of Madam Charlotte Osei as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission.

Recall the OccupyGhana lawyers

[including Ace Ankoma, Yaw Oppong, Kofi Bentil and Sampson Lardi Anyinenyi] told Ghanaians that President Akufo-Addo was obliged by the Constitution of Ghana in such Article 146 Petition cases and that the President had no choice but to act immediately he received an Article 146 Petition?

 

YET PRESIDENT AKUFO-ADDO REFUSED TO ACT ON THE ARTICLE PETITION FOR THE REMOVAL OF CHIEF JUSTICE SOPHIA AKUFFO FOR TWO (2) YEARS UNTIL SHE RETIRED ON HER 70TH BIRTHDAY.

FACT:

Lawyer Sam Okujeto who was/os the Chairman of the Legal and Petitions Committee of the Council of State refused to confirm nor deny if the Chairman of the Council of State as required by the Constitution of Ghana had recieved a transittal of the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo until she retired on her 70th birthday only to write a letter indicating that the matter was moot.

THE CURRENT CHIEF JUSTICE HAS REQUESTED FOR A NATIONAL DIALOGUE ON THE LAND LOOTING;

I entreat Her Ladyship the Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana to start THE NATIONAL LAND DIALOGUE with her opinion on her Predecessor Chief Justices, Judges, Lawyers and Lawmakers who have been cited in Land Looting or have been Fraudulently allocated State Lands and Bungalows.

FACT:

Speaker Begyina Sekyi-Hughes and Deputy Speaker Freddy Blay were beneficiaries of fraudulently allocated Prime State Lands belonging to the La Stool.

I am by no means saying that the NPP that Mr. Freddy Blay was once National Chairman is the only complicit entity in the Looting of State Lands belonging to the La Stool.

In fact, Hon. Kennedy Agyepong accused the current NPP National Chairman Mr Mr. Stephen Ntim of leading a State Land Stealing Syndicate at the Lands Commission during his tenure as the National Chairman of the Lands Commission.

Kennedy Agyepong said he was a victim of the Lands Stealing Syndicate, an accusation which Mr. Stephen Ntim has never responded to nor the President who appointed him acted on.

We call for accountability and transparency in all Land Transactions as required by the new Land Law ACT 1036 and demand the State investigative agencies including the Special Prosecutor to immediately commence action especially as such land transactions are being used for laundering money from Galamsey and Corruption or hiding unexplained wealth.

We demand that the President immediately publishes the status of all State Acquired Lands and Bungalows if he has nothing to hide.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

Ghanaians will on Tuesday 18th June, 2024 come to the La Beachfront to see for themselves what THE BLAY BROTHERS AND BRIAN ACHEAMPONG want to claim for themselves and march to the President to demand a halt, investigations and prosecutions where necessary.

The President is minded to not that without the Prime La Stool Land WHICH IS WORTH BILLIONS OF DOLLARS  there will be no SSNIT Hotel nor BLAY BROTHERS BEACHFRONT or any attempted and therefore the Land Owner, to wit the La Stool cannot be ignored.

I entreat all Ghanaians especially Workers, Pensioners and their dependants to join this Demonstration.

LET’S TOGETHER STOP THE LOOTERS AND LANDGRABBERS.
