State Acquired Lands have been looted under his watch…

The Forest Reserves have been destroyed or sold under his supervision…

Climate Change notwithstanding, the Achimota Forest which is the only Carbon Sink in the Capital of Ghana has been declassified in an attempt to sell it…

The evidence available proves that some of these prime lands in the Cantonments Civil Aviation or La Wireless enclave have indeed been sold by Samuel Abu Jinapor to the Governor of the Bank of Ghana and his deputies, the COCOBOD CEO, the NPP Women’s Organiser as well as several named persons at ridiculous prices…

After the Lands Commission claimed not to be aware of the Clemence Gyato State Lands reclamation agreement, the Chief Director of the Lands Ministry confirmed the existence of the above illegal agreement with CLEMENCE GYATO at the Parliamentary Select Committee on Lands earlier this year…
