OWASS students robbery case: Prosecution to file witness statements, disclosures by Oct. 6
The court on Thursday (September 1) also asked the prosecution to file and serve the accused and their lawyer with the witness statements.
A Kumasi Circuit Court has ordered prosecution in the case of three students of the Opoku Ware School accused of robbing a taxi driver in the Ashanti Regional capital, to file witness statements.
This will enable the presiding judge Abdul Razak Musah to commence with a case management conference.

The suspects Akwasi Adu Donkor, Raphael Owusu Appiah, and Osei Kwadwo Asubonteng – all final year students of the Opoku Ware School (OWASS) – attacked and attempted to rob the Kumasi-based cabdriver on August 11.
They have pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery, and unlawful damage. Each of them has been granted an ¢80,000 bail.
