Pastor and Wife introduces a event to replace Christmas

Typical of the ingenuity and innovative spirit of the Ghanaian, a Christian couple, has established what they call “Righteous United Parenthood Day”.

This occasion, the couple Mr. & Mrs. Agbalenyoh who are the father and mother of the “Seventh Day Congregation of Theocracy “intends it to be celebrated on December 25, in place of what Christmas, which they have described as the Geco-Roman Pagan Festival. Also it should be celebrated alongside “Mother’s and Father’s Day celebrations.

Spiritual founder and leader of the church, Apostle Dr. Nasik Kadmiel E.H. Agbalenyoh, disclosed this at a welt attended conference organized by the church at the Ghana Girls Guide at Achimota in Accra on Christmas Day, December 25, 2022.

The Apostle who is well versed in the Bible, Quoran and other Religions knowledge in general went on to explain his proponent.

DIVINITY OF MATRIMONY

Apostle Agbalenyoh maintained that understanding the divinity of marriage may improve marital relationship and strengthen unity between husband and wife. This is because at creation God created man and woman in his own image and likeness, and gave them dominion over His entire creation-heaven, earth and the sea (Gen. 1:26-28).

Verily, the Almighty God and creator transferred His creative power to our first parents to continue procreation to establish his kingdom (Ps. 127:3-5) It is Yaweh who gives prudent man and wife in to marriage (Pro. 19:14). Therefore, He has pleasure in the law matrimony according to Pro. 18:22, “Apostle Agbalenyoh intimated.

He stated further that it was God himself who gave Adam a help mate of his likeness, and not Adam demanding it. They are therefore not two but one flesh-spiritually, physically emotionally and financially, Gen. 2:18-25 stressing that it was against this background that when Jesus, in answering the Pharisees Sadducees and Seribes regarding marital relationship, referred them to the beginning of humanity by affirming that what God has joined together, no religious, secular and political authority has the power to destroy. (Matt. 19:3-6)

UNITED PARENTHOOD CELEBRATION

The Apostle appointed out that unfortunately, the salvation of the divine family is threatened with the globalization of father’s and mother’s Day celebration that is in sharp contrast to the world of God.

PARENTS DAY CELEBRATION

He pointed out that separation via Divine parenthood affects the offspring of the Almighty, and this separation divides parenthood and childhood and somehow

Forces children to choose one parent to celebrate – the mother or the father on that day He indicated that this wrongful celebration of Mother’s day or father’s Day might offend the ignored partner. This, he noted does not foster family unity and promote redemption of the entire family.

“And God said to Noah, come, thou and thy entire house into the Ark; for in thee have  seen righteous before me in this generation (Gen. 7:1)”, he quoted.

“If the family of Mr. &Mrs. Noah was divided, do you think that the entire household could have survived the flood (1Peter 3:20)? “Apostle Agbalenyoh was quick to–ask.

GENESIS OF MOTHER’S, FATHER’S DAY CELBRATIONS

Apostle Agbalenyoh pointed out that fortunately or unfortunately, people are divided between the two days’ Celebration for some time now. This is because little have people considered the origin of these celebration.

ANNA JAVIS AND MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATION

Well versed in World History, Apostle Agbalenyoh stated that Mother’s Day celebration was founded by Anna Javis who in May 1907 memorized her mother’s life long activism with a memorial service held at the Methodist Church in Grafton, West virginia where her motherhad taught.

Then, the following year, on May 10, a mother’s Day service was held at the same church to acknowledge all mother’s. This, he said gave birth to the idea tfhat the second Sunday in May each year be set aside to honour every mother, whether living or dead “he stated.

FATHER’S DAY CELEBRATION

Apostle Agbalenyoh stated that Father’s Day celebration on the other hand , was founded by Madam Sonora to honour  her father, William Smart, a veteran of the American Civil War. He indicated that Mr. William Smart was left a widower when his wife died during her 6^th in 1910 with the citation , “ Sonora’s Dad was quite a man; William Smart a verteran of the Civil war was left a widower when his wife died  while giving birth to their sixth child. Smart went on to raise the six children by himself  on their small farm in Washington DC to show her appreciation for all the hard work and love William gave her and her siblings, Sonora thought there should be a day to pay humage to him and other Dad’s like him.

Apostle Agbalenyoh opined that it is the demonic spirit working strongly to destroy unity through marital  covetousness adultery, divorce, unlawful  re-marriages parental neglect of children, parent-child  conflict and many more. (2Timothy 3:1-5, Lk. 12:53) “In fact, certain aspects of the 1948 Human Rights (Universal Law) destroy the divinity of parenthood and family unity”. He pointed out that without controversy, Father’s Day and mother’s Day celebration may destroy the divinity of parenthood and family unity” citing 1 Cor. 6:12. He pointed out that without controversy, Fathers Day and Mother’s Day celebration may destroy the divinity of parenthood, causing tension among family-fathfer, mother and children. It pairs husband and wife against each other (Ephi. 5: 22-28).

He stated that currently parenthood doesn’t seem to be grounded in love and unity, but children would mostly show appreciation to their wealthy parents, perhaps, wealthy uncles and aunts rather than their biological parents. “This divisive attitude is displayed during the celebration of the father’s Day or Mother’s Day!” he stressed.

THE UNITED PARENTHOOD RIGHTEOUSNESS

Apostle Agbalenyoh pointed out that, today’s celebration helps to promote wealth and personal property accumulation rather than marity divinity (Gen. 1:26-28)

“In fact, if husband and wife have understood the divinity of matrimony (Mal.2:13-15) they will appreciate the divinity, they will appreciate the divinity of matrimony,. Children will then appreciate and submit to parental guidance and work towards family integration, a catalyst for the united parenthood Righteousness (Mal. 2:16)

He stressed that in view of this, the united Parents Day Celebration could unite unmarried divorced couples, discounted married couples, divided children and resolve disagreement between parents and their children, since it surpasses the European Father’s Day and mother’s honours

The Apostle pointed out that single parenthood, which has become fashionable as a result of divorce is condemned by the Almighty God (Mal.2:13-16).

“It will therefore honour the Almighty God that His upright earthly Heritage could replace pagan Christmas with united parents Day celebration as December 25 has become an established globalised holiday he indicated.

He themed the celebration, “United Parents Day- Celebration the Divinity of Parenthood.
