PEOPLE POWER: Biased Judges or unbiased Court?
If the Court refuse to respect their own judgements in the QUORUM, INJUCTED MP and ABSENTEE MPs; then THERE must be demonstrations against the biased judgements - the Court.
It is clear what is happening in Ghana…
Kennedy Agyepong and Dr. Stephen Opuni complained àbout trial judges, one had the bias claim rejected while the other had his trial judge changed…
Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsa and Joseph Gyakye Quayson had both been challenged over their election as MPs, one has been injucted by the court while an INJUNCTION on the other was rejected by the court…
Kan Dapaa and Raymond Atuguba have spoken about the perception of bias of the courts, judges and judgements…
GHANAIANS FEEL IT & SEE IT..
Many including Prof. Kwaku Azar and Arthur Kennedy believe it’s about time Ghanaians get radical with the Courts.
Ghanaians will use their own judgements to judge them – determine their bias or otherwise;
1. Quorum as has been done with the E-LEVY writ.
2. Injuncting a sitting MP pending the outcome of the substantive case challenging his election.
3. Automatic Vacation of Seat after 15 days of absenteeism.
Recall: the SUPREME COURT’s u-turn on their Judgement on national ID card…
If the Court refuse to respect their own judgements in the QUORUM, INJUCTED MP and ABSENTEE MPs; then THERE must be demonstrations against the biased judgements – the Court.
A clear message was delivered after the Election Petition in the statement made by Former President John Mahama.
“We will no longer go to the court to resolve issues, we will resolve issues ourselves, our own way at the point they occur – at the polling stations”

The COURT must not be allowed to become CORRUPT OR BIASED, using legal and constitutional means such as Demonstrations, Picketing and Article 146 PETITIONS for the Removal of Justices of the High, Appeals or Supreme Court.
GOD BLESS OUR HOMELAND GHANA.
