Especially at a time Ghanaians including Trade Unions are demanding accountability for all State Funds used during the period of Ghana’s economic crisis.

Least of all amid the myriad of scandals and Corruption-cum-Galamsey allegations rocking the President, the Presidency, the President’s family and friends…

President Akufo-Addo and McDan are alleged to have started building Gabby’s Pet Dream Project at the Trade fair.

The controversial construction has been designed by the controversial Gay-LGBTQI advocate David Adjaye and paid for by the controversial Ken Ofori-Atta through his controv appointee Dr. Agnes Adu without regard to Parliament and the requirement of prior Parliamentary approval for all international or foreign agreements…

Where is the money for the Trade fair Redevelopment Project coming from?

$1billion is expected from the Stellar Holding Pte Ltd of Singapore for 65acres out of 140acre of Trade fair Redevelopment Project Land per an international Agreement signed in Dubai in the presence of President Akufo-Addo.

The scope of the agreement means 75acres of the prime land is unaccounted for.

Where is the 75acres of the prime La Stool Land?

The signed Board Minutes of the Trade fair Company in the possession of Parliament, the Office of the President, the Ministry of Trade and the Special Prosecutor give a blow-by-blow account of how 50acres of the Trade fair Redevelopment Project Land was to be stolen through COCOBOD with no purpose in mind;

The signed Board minutes further makes specific reference to a meeting of the Architect with CEOs of COCOBOD and the Trade fair Company to allocate Trade fair Redevelopment land to COCOBOD and unsolicited bids from some crony companies.

The Trade fair Company CEO admitted to not having title to the Trade fair land, but paid GHc10,000 to have some criminally-minded officials of the Lands Commission give them title, unilaterally extending the expired lease by 99years and fraudulently altering the Executive Instrument used for the Trade fair Acquisition and removing the protection clauses.

The Trade fair compensation is outstanding, but that it the least of the issue of government…

President Akufo-Addo’s private law firm Akufo-Addo Prempeh & Co wrote to the Akufo-Addo government through then Trade Minister Alan Kyerematen warning of Judgement Debt resulting from their handling of the Trade fair Redevelopment Project.

The Government of Ghana through then Trade Minister Ekow Spio Garbrah signed an agreement with a wholly Ghanaian owned company; THE REROY GROUP for the Redevelopment of the entire Trade fair after an international competitive tender supervised by PriceWaterHouseCoopers as Transactions Advisors for the Government of Ghana.

The Trade fair Company CEO who is quoted in the signed Board Minutes as not recognising the Trade Ministry but the Finance Minister who appointed her under the direction of the President per her appointment letter.

The 2021 Parliamentary vetting of Alan Kyerematen and Ken Ofori-Atta exposed the fact that both ministers commited perjury and deliberately dodged oversight responsibility for the Trade fair Company and the Trade fair Redevelopment Project.

Ironically, Alan Kyerematen chaired a Cabinet Committee which sat on the Tradefair Redevelopment Project and was appraised of all the facts by all the parties who came before the committee including the Trade fair Company CEO…

The Trade fair and the La General Hospital were demolished ahead of the 2020 elections with a promise to immediately reconstruct but excuse after excuse is now leading to monumental scandals.

Money Laundering is prevalent in the land sector which is plagued by Landguardism and growing Military involvement in these Land disputes.

The proceeds of Galamsey and Corruption are laundered through the fraudulent land transactions and allocation of State Lands.

Dirty money is kept outside the banking system to avoid suspicion and detection or paper trail but heavily invested in prime Lands and Landed property in prime areas such as Airport, Legon, Cantonments, Trade fair and Labone; all belonging to the LA STOOL which gets then shortchanged by state actors in connivance with some unscrupulous persons.
