Private Candidates WASSCE to be Conducted Twice a Year – WAEC

The West African Examination Council says it will now conduct West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASCCE) twice a year for Private Candidates.

This will be effective in 2025.

“The first series (WASSCE PC 1) will be in January and the second will be in October. Take advantage of the two editions and secure your tertiary admission in good time,” it announced in a notice on Friday October 18, 2024.

As a result, it is welcoming registration by prospective or interested students between October and December 2024 for the first edition.

Registration will open on October 21 and end on December 31.
