QNET wishes to respond to the reports published in www.3news.com and www.saharareporters.com dated 27 April 2021 and 3 May 2021 respectively, which claims that QNET is involved in an incident related to the detention of 400 Nigerians who have been accused of activities tied to rape and drug trafficking.

QNET is shocked and disappointed at these completely baseless allegations. We are a respected, 23-year old international direct selling business and strongly condemn those who wish to tarnish our name by associating it with criminal activities.

Any such reports that claim that QNET has anything to do with any type of criminal activities are a complete fabrication. We will not hesitate to take legal action against those who claim to represent QNET while carrying out any form of illegal activities.

QNET is an e-commerce based direct selling company that sells a wide range of products and services to customers around the world. The company’s direct selling business model allows existing customers who have enjoyed QNET’s products to market them by registering as Independent Representatives (IRs) and promote these products and earn commissions on successful sales.

QNET has organized multiple training programmes and awareness seminars over the last few years in Ghana to help various stakeholders understand the business model and to address any misconceptions. QNET is also involved in several charitable endeavours in Ghana for many years now which shows our commitment to the local community.

Therefore, it is extremely disconcerting to note such media reports that allege QNET’s involvement in heinous crimes.

QNET has always been open and transparent with communicating with the media as well as the authorities to address any concerns. Please visit our website www.qnet.net to understand what the company does. Any further media queries can be sent to [email protected]
