Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC has launched a limited-time low-interest mortgage program aimed at making homeownership more accessible to Ghanaians.

Speaking about the initiative, the Managing Director, Mr. Benjamin Dzoboku, emphasized the bank’s commitment to offering financial solutions that meet customer needs. “As part of our ongoing efforts to make homeownership easier, we have strategically lowered our mortgage rates to help individuals and families achieve their dream of owning a home,” he said.

The special mortgage offer, available from October 14 to December 31, 2024, provides prospective homeowners with an opportunity to buy a home or refinance their mortgage at reduced interest rates. Mr. Dzoboku urged individuals to take advantage of this limited offer before the year ends, describing it as a chance to “build a better future.”

“As homeownership is a significant life milestone, we are excited to offer the lowest mortgage interest rate to support more Ghanaians in achieving this dream,” he added.

In addition to the mortgage program, Republic Bank has also launched its highly anticipated “Christmas Loan Sale” campaign. This seasonal promotion offers personal and SME loans at competitive rates to help customers meet their financial needs during the festive season and beyond.

The Christmas Loan campaign provides flexible loan solutions to fund personal projects or business growth, aligning with the bank’s mission to empower customers with tailored financial products.
