Four armed robbers attacked and gunned down the district officer of a cocoa buying company and made away with an unspecified amount of money at Sefwi Amoya in the Sefwi Bodi District of the Western North region Wednesday.
The youth of Sefwi Amoya pursued the robbers and apprehended three of them, according to local police.
One of the robbers was killed in the mob attack with the ring leader escaping.
The two who sustained serious injuries have been handed over to the police.
