A delegation from the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA), led by Director-General Prof. Michael Kpessah White, paid a courtesy call on the management of the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC) on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
The visit aimed to congratulate the Acting Managing Director of PMMC, Sammy Gyamfi, Esq., on his recent appointment and familiarize the SIGA team with the company’s management. Discussions also centered around good corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
