In fact, President Akufo-Addo refused to act on the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo in breach of the Constitution for two (2) years till she retired on her 70th birthday.

The breach of the Constitution by President Akufo-Addo constitutes a High Crime, a basis for removal of a President.

OccupyGhana who claimed that President Akufo-Addo was only a Conveyor Belt in such Article 146 Petition cases and had no choice but to act immediately he received an Article 146 Petition; deliberately remained silent for the two (2) years that President Akufo-Addo refused to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition and are still silent on the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa for two (2) years.

The Hypocrisy of OccupyGhana is amplified when juxtaposed with their advocacy in the Charlotte Osei Article 146 Petition which was adjudicated by Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo that brought Jean Adukwei Mensa to replace Charlotte Osei as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission.

Interestingly, Sophia Akuffo, Charlotte Osei and Jean Adukwei Mensa are all lady lawyers…

Incidentally, Jean Adukwei Mensa’s IEA was also fraudulently allocated prime State Land [plot #39] in Cantonments on which is currently being built a multimillion dollar Hotel.

ALL LA LAND LOOTERS WILL SOON BE FORCED TO RETURN THEIR BOOTY.

The Special Prosecutor must take immediate action to retrieve the State Lands which are currently in the possession of high profile personalities and organisations…
