Deputy Chief of Staff (Operations) at the Presidency, Stan Xoese Dogbe, has issued a strong denial of any association with Samuel Tetteh, an alleged fraudster accused of misusing his name to solicit contracts for printing and framing portraits of the president.

In a public notice issued on Tuesday, January 28, Mr. Dogbe revealed that Samuel Tetteh has been visiting various ministries, departments, and agencies, falsely claiming to represent him.

The goal, according to Dogbe, is to fraudulently secure contracts under the guise of official authorization.
According to Mr. Dogbe, he has already reported the matter to security agencies and has called for Tetteh’s immediate arrest.

The Deputy Chief of Staff issued the following statement:
“My attention has been drawn to a fraudster, by the name of Samuel Tetteh, roaming various ministries, departments, and agencies, using my name to demand contracts for the printing and framing of the president’s portrait.
I have reported to the security agencies for his immediate arrest. Meanwhile, should he appear in your office, kindly alert me or the nearest police station immediately.”
Mr. Dogbe further urged the public to remain vigilant and report any encounters with Samuel Tetteh directly to him or the nearest police station.
