The Minority in Parliament has warned the Majority side to improve their attendance in the House starting next week, or face frustration of parliamentary business.

Deputy Minority Whip Ahmed Ibrahim accused NPP MPs of prioritizing campaign events with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia over their parliamentary responsibilities.
He warned that if the situation persists, the Minority will also ask their legislators to leave and campaign, potentially handicapping the House.
This warning comes after Dr. Bawumia unveiled his running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, and NPP MPs have been accompanying him to campaign events instead of attending parliamentary sessions.
