SSNIT HOTELS being put on International Competitive Tender supervised by a Transaction Advisor is neither here nor there…

The Trade Fair Redevelopment Project was put on an International Competitive Tender supervised by PriceWaterHouseCoopers as Transactions Advisors for the Government of Ghana

The Trade Fair Redevelopment Project bid was won by a wholly Ghanaian owned company – REROY – just like ROCKCITY is a Ghanaian owned company…

The Trade Fair Redevelopment Project was advertised in the same ECONOMIST NEWSPAPER that we are being told was used in the SSNIT HOTELS SALE.

The Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government set aside the Agreement between the Government of Ghana and the REROY GROUP in respect of the Trade Fair Redevelopment Project.

In fact President Akufo-Addo led a government delegation to Dubai to sign a new Sole Sourced Agreement with the Stellar Holding Pte Ltd of Singapore for 65acres out of 140acre of Trade Fair Redevelopment Project Land.

This Agreement was signed in spite of the letter from the President’s own private Law firm Akufo-Addo Prempeh & co warning the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government of a potential Judgement Debt resulting from their handling of the Trade Fair Redevelopment Project.

TALE OF THE TAPES: Sale of State Assets...
The Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government repeatedly refused access to allow a Wholly Ghanaian Owned Company that had won an International Competitive Tender supervised by PriceWaterHouseCoopers as Transactions Advisors for the Government of Ghana…
So why is the same Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government making a fuss over the SSNIT HOTELS SALE SCANDAL involving ROCKCITY belonging to a Minister of State, Brian Acheampong?

ROCKCITY WILL NOT GET TO OWN THE LA PALM ROYAL BEACH HOTEL AND LABADI BEACH HOTEL.

STAY TUNED.
