To Whom It May Concern

Barring any Coronavirus- related advisory, the CDS is scheduled to have a durbar with troops next Thursday 19/3/20.

The MHC need to be mindful of these OR murmurings:

1. Troops are not happy with latest rent deductions from their pay.

2. Soldiers are suffering rent deductions between Ghc 74.27 and Ghc 104. 66.

3. Most soldiers are pairing in their quarters, but rent deductions are made as if they have single occupancy.

4. There are WO1s occupying CPLs Qtrs. Yet, they suffer rent deductions as if they are occupying WO1 Qtrs.

5. Soldiers are murmuring because they claim the recent salary increment is nothing to write home about.
