Waking the DumbDogs: Re:Re: Hypocrisy of Newsfile

"YOU CAN WAKE UP PEOPLE WHO ARE PRETENDING TO BE SLEEPING, WITH TIME AND PERSEVERANCE ." - PDA

Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends are proof of the above FACT which runs contrary to the Ghanaian adage that it is impossible to wake someone who is pretending to be asleep, it may be difficult but certainly not impossible;

FACT:

Prince-Derek Adjei has awoken Sampson Lardi Anyinenyi from his default position of selectively focusing on Article 146 Petitions and pretending that Justice Sophia Akuffo’s Article 146 Petition never happened so he could excuse President Akufo-Addo’s breach of the Constitution, a case of High Crime which could cost him his Presidency.

AriseGhana also woke OccupyGhana from their default position of pretending not to be aware of happenings in Ghana till it became impossible to keep pretending to be asleep.

The Hypocrisy of Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends who are threatening to have the Auditor General removed from office through an Article 146 Petition claiming that the President is only a conveyor belt in such Article Petition cases, or to quote Ace Ankoma, that the the President was only a post office address and had no choice but to act immediately he received an Article 146 Petition.

Tantrums of a liar or Lawyer does not become truth.

Lawyer Sampson Lardi Anyenini used the platform of Multimedia’s Newsfile programme to vent his anger at being called out on social media for pretending not to be aware of the Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition which he, Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends aided President Akufo-Addo to ignore for two (2) years till the Chief Justice retired on her 70th birthday.

The regular posts of Prince-Derek Adjei which are very widely circulated on social media and recirculated by others to persons who have blocked themselves from the world, finally got to Sampson Lardi Anyenini who finally woke up to the smell of the coffee.

The Media and Civil Society Organisations who had abandoned their watchdog role and become the DumbDogs that Rev. Charles Agyin-Asare referred to, was the subject of the most recent posts that went viral on social media…

Sampson Lardi Anyenini DECIDED NOT TO STATE THE FACTS but resort to cheap political propaganda and play victim by claiming to be insulted while attempting to divert attention from the real issue.

THE ISSUE:

Sampson Lardi Anyenini on Saturday morning [10th September, 2022] used Multimedia’s JOY NEWSFILE programme to talk plenty without saying anything.

Sampson Lardi Anyenini claimed that I peddled falsehoods about a Chief Justice [Sophia Akuffo] who he refused to name nor categorically state the supposed falsehoods because there were none.

THE FACTS:

1. I, Prince-Derek Adjei signed together with other citizens of La, an Article 146 Petition for the Removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo from office as Chief Justice of Ghana.

2. The Article 146 Petition was duly submitted to the President of Ghana, recieved and Stamped by the office of the Chief of Staff; which fact was confirmed by Abdul Malik Kweku Baako on Newsfile hosted by Sampson Lardi Anyenini as well as Good Morning Ghana on Metro TV hosted by Dr. Randy Abbey.

3. I sought the advice of Sampson Lardi Anyenini [and other Lawyers] on how long to reasonably wait for the President to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition, which Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends had previously claimed on his Newsfile programme the President was only “a conveyor belt” or to quote Ace Ankoma was only “a postal address” in such Article 146 Petition cases and had no choice but to act immediately he received one.

4. Sampson Lardi Anyenini told me, that three (3) months was a reasonable period to wait for the President to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition, which he had a copy of, before going public on the breach of the Constitution by the President.

5. After waiting beyond the three (3) month period advised by Sampson Lardi Anyenini , I asked him to in good conscience as he had in the case of Charlotte Osei’s Article 146 Petition to have the Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition discussed on his Newsfile programme by the same OccupyGhana panel that discussed the Charlotte Osei Article 146 Petition.

6. Sampson Lardi Anyenini declined to acknowledge several reminders of the lapse of the waiting period and refused to discuss the Constitutional Breach by President Akufo-Addo in refusing to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition and actually proceeded to block me because he was irritated by his Hypocrisy not because of any insults as he LIED about on national television.

7. Sampson Lardi Anyenini for the two (2) years that President Akufo-Addo refused to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition; despite the constant reminders, pretended publicly not to be aware of the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition or President Akufo-Addo’s faulty Conveyor Belt, until Justice Sophia Akuffo eventually retired on her 70th birthday.

8. Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo is still holding on to the prime Cantonments State Land unlike Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Woode who returned the prime Airport State Land which was used to build the Foreign Affairs Head Office Complex following an Article 146 Petition submitted to President John Evans Atta Mills.

9. Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo paid a miserable GHc7000 for the prime Cantonments State Land fraudulently allocated to her as stated in the Article 146 Petition for her removal from office as Chief Justice.

10. The Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition had an attached list naming the hundreds of Beneficiaries of a fraudulent allocation of prime State Lands, the actual location and size of the Looted Lands, the date of the transaction and amounts paid, if any.

So, for Sampson Lardi Anyenini to come on his Newsfile programme to throw tantrums without stating any facts, is most unfortunate and unprofessional.

In fact, Sampson Lardi Anyenini announced hosting the Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor on the programme, who himself has lamented how the people who are revered in our society [some on the Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition list] go round on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them, yet failed to ask any questions about the Land Looting.

I challenge Sampson Lardi Anyenini to host a programme on Article 146 Petitions and include the two (2) currently pending against Jean Adukwei Mensa that President Akufo-Addo is again refusing to act on and OccupyGhana is pretending not to be aware of.

Finally, for Sampson Lardi Anyenini to in his propaganda state only that I, Prince-Derek Adjei was a former Government official [Presidential Staffer] and Member of Parliament hopeful for the NDC in the Ablekuma West Constituency was most disingenuous.

Sampson Lardi Anyenini knows, yet refused to acknowledge the real reason for my Article 146 Petitions against Chief Justices of Ghana who are fraudulently allocated LA STOOL LANDS.

In my Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo, there are two (2) other Petitions to President Akufo-Addo signed by the LA MANTSE Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru II attached to buttress the fact that the LA STOOL had categorically stated that it was serving notice to the President that the LA STOOL will be proceeding to court.

My Article 146 Petition(s) seeking the removal of the Chief Justice(s) who will empanel judges to hear any such LA LAND CASE and seek any Judge who is complicit in Land Looting to recuse himself/herself from any such case to guarantee the LA STOOL Justice in the Courts of Ghana.

In the Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition, was cited Sophia Akuffo’s failure to recuse herself from the Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey Ridge Bungalow Case when she and Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey together with others had prior to the case being heard had been fraudulently allocated State Lands at Cantonments.

Sampson Lardi Anyenini knew that I am a LA ROYAL and a potential heir to the LA STOOL, indeed that my biological father is the current LA JAASETSE, Nii Odotei Adjei.

I cannot and will not sit down for political actors [regardless of political party] steal LA STOOL LANDS using the Lands Commission or any other State organ or surrogates.

The Hypocrisy of Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends who say that “the President is only a CONVEYOR BELT” or “Postal Address” in such Article 146 Petition cases has been exposed.

They can redeem themselves by apologizing and addressing the issue of Article 146 Petitions that President Akufo-Addo has refused to act on in breach of the Constitution of Ghana before filing their much advertised Article 146 Petition against the Auditor General.

Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana may comment on the vexed issue of Land Looting or hold their peace because with or without the DumbDogs becoming Watchdogs, the Fight Against Land Looting and the selective action on Article 146 Petition by President Akufo-Addo will continue.

I have decided to furnish Multimedia with copies of all the relevant documents on the Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition and the list of Land Looters so beyond the host of the Newsfile programme the Station can do the needful.

I will also furnish Multimedia with a document on Judgement Debt, which was a major topic on the same Newsfile programme…

The Trade Fair Redevelopment Project potential Judgement Debt case.

President Akufo-Addo through his Trade Minister, Alan Kyerematen was warned about the Trade Fair Redevelopment Project Judgement Debt by the President’s own Law Firm.

The President has disregarded the warning and rather proceeded to sign an agreement with a Singaporean Company to breach an earlier agreement between the Government of Ghana and a wholly Ghanaian owned company for the same Trade Fair Redevelopment Project.

The Trade Fair Company Board Minutes on the Redevelopment Project will be attached to help the like of Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends determine if it is worthy of public discussion and whether the public purse must be allowed to suffer or not.

I SHALL RETURN.
