‘We suspect kidnapping’ – Police hunts for missing 29-yr-old woman

Concerns are growing for a missing woman who has not been seen for close to a week in Northern Ghana, Dailymailgh.com can report.

Police in the Northern Region of Ghana are appealing for the public’s help to find Jennifer Attakumah, 29, who was last seen on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

Efforts to locate Jennifer—who is a resident of Vittin in the Northern Region capital, Tamale — has not been successful as police strongly believe she may have been abducted.

Superintendent Kwabena Otuo Acheampong, a regional crime officer said: “Police strongly suspect she has been kidnapped and we are appealing to the public to be on the lookout and furnish police with any information that will lead to her whereabouts”.

“Any person with information on the victim or suspects should contact investigators on 0243125277 or 0209101702”, a statement from the police said on Monday.
