The implementation of the government’s flagship programmes including the free senior, school, the planting for food and jobs, the one-district-one-factory, the nation’s builders corps among other others cost the nation GHc7,763,668,451.00 billion.
According to Ken Ofori-Atta, the Finance Minister, the free SHS cost the nation GHc 2,429,257,748.00 whereas the Infrastructure for Poverty Eradication Programme was at GHc1,046,749,741.00.
