The Electoral Commission has begun the payment of all operatives of the Exhibition Exercise except those who provided accounts bearing the names of savings and loans.
A notice posted on the EC’s Facebook page announced on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.
This comes after reports that Exhibition Officials were poised for a protest to disrupt the upcoming December, 17 District Level Elections.

The payment of the allowance has stalled for more than 3 months now after the completion of the exercise.
