Whats new with Genevieve Nnaji in Nollywood

Arguably, Nollywood’s richest actor, Genevieve Nnaji has recently been off the radar, having not featured in or produced any movie of her own in the last two years or so. The mother of one has got her millions of fans anxious about her whereabouts or what she might be cooking.

Genny as she is fondly called by her numerous fans holds the record as the first ever Nollywood billionaire actor, and the first Nollywood producer to have her film on Netflix original, with her debut as an executive producer; Lionheart. She is probably the all time highest grossing actor in Nigerian cinema. She also has investment interests in the real estate sector as well as other sectors.

There are rumours that the Imo State born billionaire Thespian is currently developing what is expected to be another record setting movie production, in partnership with top Hollywood producers and Stars. The film project which is said to be planned for later in the year is believed to be progressing well and if all things go to plan, her millions of anxious fans will soon be treated to a fantastic cinematic experience.
