Initial checks indicate that Richard Darko Dankwah is a former Serviceman of the British Army.

Reports from sources at the Castle and the National Security’s Blue Gate point to Darko Dankwah as specially recruited by HAWKS in the NPP and the Government to plan and implement Special Operations in the country, such as what is happening in parts of the Volta Region.

Keep your eyes on RICHARD DARKO DANKWAH in the matter of procurement of 450 Motor Bikes and 26 Brand New VRX Land Cruisers (to be branded in NDC Colours) for Special Operations on Election Day.

Keep your eyes on the recruitment and training of some 2000 recruits between now and December, at training camps at Afienya, Daboya and the Takoradi Airforce Base.
