Will Prosper Bani’s Interim National Security Team explain to the country how a visiting Head of State had a sidearm close to Ghana’s new Commander-in-Chief of GAF, Dramani Ibn Mahama, during the presidential inauguration at the Black Star Square?

Was it the case that the new national security system got over excited and going to sleep and allowing this serious security breach to occur?
