Yango App: Richard Ako Adjei wins driver of the month
Since we started operations in Ghana, Yango has put in place several initiatives that ensure that both drivers using the Yango app and riders have the best travel experience comparable to experiences anywhere in the world. Our commitment to our stakeholders is reflected in how we appreciate their loyalty and service.
Flowing form this commitment, we at Yango are super excited to unveil our initiative; Driver of the Month. For every month, the team will select and reward a Driver based on the highest number of rides and ratings. It is our little way of showing how much Drivers who are connected to the Yango app mean to us.
This month, we present to you the Boss Driver, Richard Ako Adjei, our September Driver of the Month. Richard’s been driving for over 20 years in Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon. He trained and worked as an Auto-mechanic but has since been driving by connecting to the Yango app on a full-time basis. He loves boxing.
“I’ve been using the Yango app ever since I got this ride and I’ve vowed to stick with Yango ‘cos I get enough rides in a day to fetch me good money. My favourite clients are the interactive ones”, Richard said.
When asked what tip he’d like to give to Yango riders, Richard had this to say, “Kindly input your exact pick-up and drop-off locations in the map to make locating you super easy.”
