Young African Leaders Summit to be held in Accra on November 22
Hundreds of emerging young leaders from across Africa, will from November 22-23, gather in Accra Ghana for the maiden Young African Leaders Summit (YALS2019).
The Summit will collate ideas from some of the continent’s finest youth figures and aggregate them into relevant themes able to shape policy on the continent. Participants will engage on issues spanning multiple areas including political, social, economic, cultural, and business disciplines.
The Young Politicians and Leaders Network (YPLN), the organising body aims to leverage on this avenue to bring together policy makers, young entrepreneurs, business executives, professionals and start-ups, to discuss various topical issues that pertain to economic empowerment, leadership, and entrepreneurship development.
It is intended to maximise the impact of efforts at grooming these cohorts of leaders.
The event, expected to be graced by immediate-past President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E John Dramani Mahama is scheduled for the Accra Digital Centre is themed, “Securing the Future of Africa; the Role of the African Youth, Young Business Leaders And Entrepreneurs”.
