Reacting to Agban Babin decision holding on the vetting of nominated ministers pending supreme court determination, the renown educationist said is heavenly directive. He further added that separation of power shouldn’t just exist in a book but it should be practical where the arm of government operates independently without interference. This is purely legislative interferences by the executive arm of government.
Educationist, Ahadzi Emmanuel has urged the largest opposition, National Democratic Congress (NDC) to put in place a mechanism to monitor any activities ahead of the December polls.
He said the Electoral Commission of Ghana is preaching peace and credible elections but the NDC should not trust what the EC officials are claiming.
According to him, the missing biometric device which will be used to authenticate voters is a clear indication that the EC can rig the election for the ruling NPP.
“EC boss must ensure free and fair elections by not leaving room for strong criticism like what happened in the immediate past election when EC official Site figures were changed at different times in the name of corrections. ” Ahadzi Emmanuel said in a statement.
He advised the Electoral Commission led by the Chairperson, Jean Mensa to ensure that the 2024 general elections are credible.
“That just recently it took the minority to blow the alarm on the missing biometric device meant to authenticate voters. We have a few months to go to the poll, Ghanaians expect nothing but credibility of the election, any thing that compromised on the trustworthiness of the election won’t be tolerated.”
“Madam Jean Mensah ( EC boss) herself has come out to say peace prevailing during the election is her focus. She released a press conference rejecting the claim by the minority leaders. That all the devices are intact but note that there is element of truth in every rumor and Ghanaians especially the big opposition party NDC must be vigilante not to be taken by a surprise coming decenber 7th Election.”

Economic Conditions
The current economic situation of the country needs a visionary leader to put things in order. It seems nothing is working, the very thing Ghanaian based on in 2016 to vote for the NPP government hasn’t been accomplished, the few one’s implemented has been poorly managed.
Today the state of the energy sector is really disappointing causing off and on (dum sie or dumsor) of power every second making business unbearable. Prices of goods and services are too high for ordinary consumer who earn little income to afford.
Market women are complaining bitterly whenever you enter into the market to purchase items, they claim their little startup capital has reduced marginally due to the cedi to dollar rate which is current at ghc13.00. double digit as compared to Single digit before 2016.
Social issues:
The most annoying is having our president writing to parliament to stop legislature from transmitting the LGBTQ+ bill for final presential assent. He stood before church congregants in a church loudly proclaiming the gospel of truth that he will never support abominable act. He once again promised God a Cathedral where Christians (holy believers) will draw closer and fellowship together. All these were just gimmick.
