4 Persons Remanded For Murder

One of the suspects alleged to be a friend of the deceased lured her from Kumasi to Sefwi Bekwai for spiritual assistance only to be murdered after arriving.

The Sefwi Wiawso Magistrate Court, presided over by Lawrence Buernor has Remanded four persons alleged to have murdered one Martha Tetteh from Kumasi.

The pleas of the accused person’s were not taken.

Suspects John Addai, alias (Kwasi Kokoreh), 59, a businessman, Solomon Sam, 29, a teacher, Atta Prince, 24, a spiritualist and Abu Issah, 40, driver, would reappear in court on Friday August 19, 2022.

Prosecuting Officer George Asante, said prayed the court for the suspects to be remanded into police custody to assist them in their investigations.

He said that police through its intelligence network apprehended the accused persons from their various hideouts.
