Ada: Court Exposes Okudzeto’s Plan to Seize Chief’s Car

In a dramatic turn of events, the Tema Circuit Court ‘B’ has overturned a previous ruling, exposing significant procedural errors in Mr Zebulon Okudzeto’s attempt to seize the vehicle of Dangmebiawer Divisional Chief, Nene Tetteh Lanuer Okumo IV.

Mr Okudzeto, known for his frequent litigations in Ada, had sought to disgrace the chief by seizing his land cruiser vehicle.

However, the court, led by Her Honor Klorkor Okai-Mills, deemed his legal manoeuvrings contrary to proper procedures and invalidated his claim.

The court’s decision nullifies the previous order awarding legal costs of 53,600.00 cedis against Nene Okumo Lanuer IV, dealing a significant blow to Mr. Okudzeto’s attempts to embarrass the chief.
