Adaklu: MP hands over two Newly Constructed CHPS Compounds to Health Workers and the Communities

Member of Parliament for the Adaklu constituency, Kwame Governs Agbodza, has officially handed over two Newly Built CHPS Compounds to Health Workers and the Communities

A team led by Samuel Atomy Dorfe, NDC constituency chairman, on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 handed over two newly built CHPS compounds to Adaklu Have and Adaklu Amuzudeve on behalf of the MP.

As part of the MP’s quest to improve the health system of his constituents, he constructed a CHPS compound with two unit nurses’ quarters at Adaklu Have. This vision will make basic health accessible to the people of Adaklu Have, Adaklu Dzakpo and Adaklu Vodze.

The MP again constructed CHPS compound at Adaklu Amuzudeve. This facility will also imake health care accessible to the People of Adaklu Amuzudeve, Adaklu Blidokofe, Adaklu Gavorkope, Segbale and its surrounding communities.

In a brief handing over ceremony, and observing the WHO protocols and the president’s directives, the District health director, Mr Charles Azagba, the health workers, chiefs and elders , and the people of the communities thanked the Member of Parliament for his tremendous efforts in the health sector.

The team entreated the beneficiaries to observe and maintain the culture of maintenance. They also informed the communities that, there is also an ongoing CHPS compound at Adaklu Wumenu which is 95% completed.
