The Honourable Member for the Chache Electoral Area, Enbong A. Kunsaari, also known as Asenaah has donated a Desktop computer to Chache primary school.
Kunsaari donated the new desktop computer to the pupils of the community school to enhance the teaching and learning of Information and Communication Technology ( ICT).
“Since Chache has their share of the national cake in a form of electricity in the area, there is nothing like computer for teaching the subject ICT in the school. We can all recollect how our vice president speaks on digitalization as the core mandate of the Government for transformation and this donation will go a long way to complement government efforts in improving science technology and engineering in rural schoosl,” he stated.
The handing over was done on behalf of the Assembly Member by the unit committee secretary, Jamani Lansaani and Onputey Balinkaa.
In his speech, Balinkaara noted that “this is delivered on behalf of the honourable member of the electoral area in fulfilment of his vision to see the pupils in deprived communities being digitalization inclined”.
The headmaster of the school who with his staff and some PTA members received the donation could not hide their joy and so sang praises and prayes for the Assembly Member for his vision and support.
He thank the honourable for this magnificent donation.
“We pray God blesses him very much and makes sure his ambitions come to fruition”.
Also, hesaid the desktop computer will be used diligently and assured that the reason behind this kind gesture would yield positive results.
He said he and his staff would not sit on this computer for the pupil to leave without having any idea in ICT.
He praised the Assembly Member for being focused on the development of the whole Chache electoral area hence the repetition of what he did in Jentige primary school last month in Chache primary school today .
