Violence has no place in contemporary politics and democracy at large. It destroys nations at a faster rate than corruption and bad leadership combined.
Unfortunately, this government seems to have a blend the above three and in higher magnitude; a source of worry to every patriotic citizen.
31st January, 2019 left unprintable marks on our memories as innocent Citizens were brutalized by their own Government.
A year on, the Government remains unapologetic and still defends the act with impunity.
Fellow countrymen, silence is crime at the face of injustice, and the government must be told the truth that there is no justification or whatsoever for the what happened a year ago during the Ayawaso West by-Election.
There should not be even an aura of such brutality ahead, during and after the December 7 polls.
Government can remain unrepentant but we as citizens are ready more than ever to resist the oppressor’s rule and protect our nation Ghana.
Ghana is all we’ve got and we cannot be under bondage in our own land.
I still stand with all victims of the brutalities. There will surely be justice one day!
God bless our homeland Ghana!
