Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bole-Bamboi Constituency and Ranking Member of the Trade, Industry and Tourism Committee of Ghana’s Parliament, Alhaji Yussif Sulemana, has empowered the Bamboi MO Community in the Bole-Bamboi Constituency with giant rooms of Canopies and a number of Metallic Plastic Chairs.
This forms part of measures by the legislator to support the local community in the organization of social events and de-escalate the burden the people go through in mobilizing these materials for their social gatherings.
In all, the industrious Member of Parliament donated three giant rooms of Canopies and 50 Metallic Plastic Chairs to augment the developmental efforts of the MO Community.
The MP said the donation was in fulfilment of a pledge he made to the community during his annual end of year engagement with them.
According to him, the overall goal was to ensure that all minority tribes in the constituency get the necessary recognition and inclusion in the politics of the Bole-Bamboi.
The leadership of the MO Community expressed profound gratitude to the legislator for the years of dedication and support, stressing that the donation was timely and big sigh of relief to the entire MO Community.
It can be recalled that some few months ago, the Member of Parliament in the same spirit donated sound systems and drums to the Dagaati and Eve communities in Bamboi.
Together with the Bole District Health Director, he as well supported the Bamboi Polyclinic and the Bole Clinic with over 13 and eight mattresses respectively.
In time past, he has donated motorbikes to CHPS compounds as well as supported many educational and livelihood interventions in the Bole-Bamboi Constituency.
