Boxing: Enoch Tetteh vs. Siyabulela Hem Fight Rescheduled to March 29

A new date has been set for the much-anticipated bout between Ghana’s Enoch Tetteh and South Africa’s Siyabulela Hem. The two fighters will battle for the vacant WBO Youth Super Bantamweight Title on March 29, 2025, at the Orient Theatre in South Africa.

Bukom’s rising boxing sensation, 23-year-old Enoch Tetteh, will step into the ring against South African contender Siyabulela Hem (8-1-1) in what promises to be an explosive contest. Tetteh, who boasts a record of 12 wins, 1 loss, and 1 draw (12-1-1), is carrying the hopes of his community as he seeks to bring glory and honor to Ga Mashie.

Known for his quiet demeanor outside the ring, Tetteh lets his fists do the talking. His style, durability, strength, and determination make him a formidable opponent. However, fighting away from home is always a challenge. To secure victory, he will need to dominate decisively or go for a knockout, especially given recent struggles by Ghanaian boxers competing abroad.

His coach, Sam of the Bukom Boxing Gym, is confident in his abilities, believing he has what it takes to succeed. Similarly, his manager, Patrick Otoo, sees this bout as a stepping stone toward a world title—the ultimate goal for the young boxer.

Will Tetteh rise to the occasion and claim the WBO Youth Super Bantamweight Title? March 29 will reveal all.
