Techiman South: NDC Candidate sues Clerk-to-Parliament and EC

A parliamentary candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Techiman South constituency, Christopher Beyere Baasongti has sued the Electoral Commission (EC) and the Clerk-to-Parliament.

Joined in the suit is his closest contender and MP for the area, Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah.

In his suit filed at the High Court in Wenchi, the NDC member wants the declaration Mr Adjei-Mensah Korsah of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as the winner of the parliamentary elections to be quashed.
