A 32-year-old woman has allegedly taken her own life at Assin Paalaam in the Central region.
According to reports, a skipping rope was tied around her neck. Disturbingly, traces of blood stained her blouse, right leg, and the cement floor near her mouth and nose, shrouding her demise in mystery.
In a heart-wrenching interview with Kasapa News Yaw Boagyan, Georgina’s elder sister recounted the Sunday morning that shattered their world. While the family readied themselves for church, Georgina chose to remain behind. Little did they know it would be their final moments together.
Prompt intervention from the district police command in Assin Fosu saw her body swiftly removed and taken to the St. Francis Xavier Hospital Mortuary, where an autopsy would be conducted.
