The Special Prosecutor must freeze the assets and bank accounts of David Adjaye all others involved in the Cathedral Project, just like was done with Agyenim-Boateng Adjei in the case of the PPA Talent Discovery Scandal…

The Special Prosecutor must ensure the refund of all State funds illegally paid in respect of the Cathedral Project, including but not limited to David Adjaye and Ribandi Limited, as was done with Alfred Woyome and Waterville in the Accra Stadium Scandal…

The officials of the Cathedral Secretariat must be immediately interdicted, particularly Dr. Paul Opoku-Mensah and Rev. Victor Kusi-Boateng, as is standard procedure in all such matters to prevent interference with investigations…

The Cathedral Board of Trusees together with the Attorney General who is listed in the Cathedral Registration documents retrieved from the Registrar Generals Department; may individually go public on what they know or did not know about the unfolding Cathedral Scandal…

All the above notwithstanding, a Full-scale Public Enquiry into all aspects of the Cathedral Scandal including the ownership of the State Land on which the Cathedral is sited, Relocation of previous occupants of that State Land and Compensation payments as well as the Cathedral Fundraising may be pursued by the Special Prosecutor, CHRAJ and Parliament and shown live on television due to the high public interest…
