The former Local Government Minister, Hon. Hajia Alima Mahama must be compelled to disclose the identities of the MMDCEc she said she knows to be involved in Galamsey.
The current Lands Minister, Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor must be compelled to name all those he claims have been taking over the Prime State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them.
The Special Prosecutor must investigate the illegal Agreement between the Lands Ministry and the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands which is shared with some government officials; the spotlight must be put on the Adenta [Osernaman] Civil Aviation Land where the Galamsey Excavators were kept…
All documents covering all State Lands and Bungalows [e.g. Cantonments Civil Aviation Land Report] as well as allocations must be made public, those fraudulently allocated retrieved to the State or returned to the Original Land Owners as was done through E.I. 432 giving some Ashanti State Lands acquired before the 1992 Constitution to the Ashantihene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL.

ACT 1036 must be enforced regardless of whoever’s ox is gored including the Military personnel undertaking Landguard duties and aiding in the clandestine annexation and stealing of La Stool Lands and Beachfront in the name of the Ghana Armed Forces.
