A hotel stands on Plot number C39, 1.38acres of Government Land at Cantonments fraudulently allocated under protocol to Jean Adukwei Mensa’s IEA on 30th May, 2008 by the Ministry of Works and Housing without any terms of payment.
Justice Sophia Akuffo and several other Judges and lawyers were also fraudulently allocated these Prime State Lands and are busily building or enjoying proceeds thereof while ordinary Ghanaians occupying State Lands are being forcibly removed…
Per official government records, in 2006, Justice A. K. B. Kludze paid GHc6900 for prime Cantonments State Lands, Justice S.A.B. Akuffo paid GHc7000 for prime Cantonments State Land, Prof Ashie Kotey paid GHc6000 for prime Ridge Residential Area State Land and the list goes on and on.
Many instant Millionaires were created by the sharing of the proverbial “National Cake” among a select few leaving the State and Ghanaians the poorer for it.
The Bar and the Bench having their members actively participating in the State Land Loot compromised the Judiciary and made it impossible for Justice to be served and seen to be served manifestly, especially by the La Stool whose Lands were the subject of these horrifying Landgrab and potential Genocidal Landlessness of the La People.
The Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru vs Attorney General judgement, therefore for many, was believed to have paved way for the legalisation of the State Land Loot.
Mrs. Jean Adukwei Mensa has two separate Article 146 Petitions for her removal from office as EC Chairperson still pending and not being acted on by President Akufo-Addo.
It will be recalled that President Akufo Addo refused to act on the Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition for her removal from office as Chief Justice for two years in breach of the Constitution of Ghana.
President Akufo Addo, however, promptly acted on the Article 146 Petitions for the removal Mrs. Charlotte Osei claiming that he was only a conveyor belt in such Article 146 Petitions and could not do anything but act promptly.
In the case of his cousin, Sophia Akuffo, the Akufo-Addo conveyor belt did not work.
Recently Adjoa Sarfo has been in the news because President Akufo-Addo has removed her as Minister after keeping her as an absentee Minister with salary and allowances intact for about a year under very bizarre controversial circumstances.
CHRAJ Commissioner Lauretta-Vivian Lamptey did not build a hotel, she lived in a hotel while her official accommodation was renovated, yet was removed from office.

The Special Prosecutor must be investigated, if he fails to investigate the Jean Adukwei Mensa Hotel and the other fraudulently allocated State Lands.
The Electoral Commission was listed among the most corrupt institutions in Ghana in the recent surveys by the Ghana Statistical Service, CHRAJ, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime as well as the CDD Afrobarometer.
The Article 146 Petitions for the removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission site among other things, Procurement breaches as grounds for her removal, which ironically was sufficient grounds for the removal of her predecessor, Charlotte Osei by President Akufo-Addo and Justice Sophia Akuffo.
The proceeds of corruption are often hidden in landed property and dubious Land transactions including the fraudulent allocation of State Lands.
Money Laundering is potentially happening with the Lands acquired by the State for specific purposes and then allocated to private persons without the right of first refusal given to the Original Land Owners to reposses the land under such conditions as guaranteed under the Constitution of Ghana.
Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators; they will ensure the retrieval and returnof ALL LOOTED STATE LANDS.
Ghana’s assets including State Lands and State Funds will be retrieved to save Ghana from bankruptcy.
AriseGhana Youth for your country.
Ghana is not Poor and vulnerable but broke because some people are fraudulently holding on to what belongs to all Ghanaians, State Lands, Forests, Rivers, Lagoons, Ramsar sites which they are hoping to will to their friends and family members FOREVER.

God Save Our Homeland Ghana from Thieves, Chiefs and all sorts of Criminals who have possessed our Land.
The Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor has been lamenting on national television that all sorts of People we revere in Ghana drive around on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them;
Samuel Abu Jinapor must name all those he claims have been taking over the Prime State Lands and Bungalows of Ghana including the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land.
