The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has commissioned a new ultra-modern regional office at Narhman in the Greater Accra Region, replacing its former office at 37 Military Hospital. This new facility reflects the Authority’s commitment to enhancing customer service and promoting road safety and environmental sustainability.
The state-of-the-art office complex has cutting-edge technology designed to streamline DVLA’s operations and improve service efficiency. It features modernized digital tools aimed at providing faster and more convenient services to the public.
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of the DVLA, Kwasi Agyeman Busia, highlighted the Authority’s dedication to innovation and excellence in public service delivery. He stated, “This new office represents our ongoing commitment to adapting to the evolving needs of our customers by embracing new technology and maintaining the highest standards in vehicle and driver licensing. Our goal is to serve clients in a conducive environment with efficiency, safety, and convenience.”
Through this new facility, the DVLA remains focused on offering world-class services and contributing to a safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation system for all Ghanaians.
