We were told he is an economic Guru/Messiah and that he is part of a first class team that will transform Ghana in only 18months (One and half years).
Nana Akufo-Addo throughout his campaigns was emphatic that he, Dr Bawumia, was coming to help him build a strong cedi and a resilient economy.
Today, he, Dr Bawumia, is shying away from what he was specifically brought for and ONLY talking about a certain digitization which the people cant truly see or feel. Where’s Dr Bawumia’s Ghana Post GPS? Where’s the COVID-19 Tracker APP?
But more seriously, why is he not talking about Ghana’s current debt (sustainability), not the rate of borrowing because nobody uses that for any determination.
Why is he, Dr Bawumia no longer talking about the current Debt to GDP Ratio, GDP growth, Fiscal deficit, capital expenditure, debt servicing, etc etc.
How possible that Dr Bawumia and the NPP will seek to substitute Digitization (alone) with all the other things for which he came?
Again, I ask, particularly that the economy today is more than tattered than they (he and Akufo-Addo came to meet).
