Election 2020: PDP Ghana wishes Ghanaians well

The Ghana Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP Ghana) has sent its good wishes to the people of Ghana ahead of the country’s crucial polls that has been scheduled for Monday, December 7, 2020 to elect a President and members of parliament.

A statement released and signed by the National Chairman of the Chapter, Oscar Ugoh, on Sunday evening noted that “over the years, Ghana as a country has always been a beacon of Democracy in Africa,” and that “this beautiful and peaceful country has never relented in consolidating its role model status for other countries to emulate.”

It is the prayer of the Ghana Chapter of the PDP that the best candidate with the highest majority votes would win the historic election in Ghana.

“We stand in total solidarity and hope for future political and economic engagements after the winner emerges. The world is looking up to Ghana to deliver once again a transparent and peaceful election,” the statement noted.
