Black Stars winger Joseph Paintsil’s brilliant run in the 2022-2023 season has caught the attention of three English Premier League teams.
According to British newspaper The Telegraph, Brentford, Fulham and Brighton and Hove Albion are interested in signing the KRC Genk player.
Telegraph Reporter Mike McGrath put out the news that could lead to Paintsil becoming the latest Ghanaian player to compete in the EPL.
All three clubs are guaranteed to stay in the EPL and compete in the 2023-2024 season and have eyed Paintsil to add speed and trickery down its wings.
Former Ferencvaros and Tema Youth winger Paintsil has 14 goals and 14 assists in 30 Belgian Jupiler Pro League games this season.
His form has been equally good since returning to the Black Stars fold after his shock omission from the team’s 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign in Qatar.

After powering Genk to first place in the Regular Season League standings, Paintsil will be counted on to aid the team clinch the title via the playoffs that commences on Sunday, April 30.
