Enterprise Group, 2 Others Granted Up to Month-End to Produce Financial Statements

According to an announcement by the GSE, the extension will last for one month, with the three companies now expected to submit their financial statements by April 30, 2025.

Insurance firm Enterprise Group Limited, Intravenous Infusions Plc, and Quantum Terminals Plc have been granted an extension to submit their audited financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year to both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE).

According to an announcement by the GSE, the extension will last for one month, with the three companies now expected to submit their financial statements by April 30, 2025.

This is not the first time the three entities have received extensions for their financial reporting obligations.

Delays in financial reporting are often attributed to several factors, including incomplete audits, complex accounting issues, ongoing legal investigations, significant changes in business operations, data system issues, internal control deficiencies, auditor disagreements, or a lack of preparedness by the company’s finance team.

Market analysts and investors will be closely monitoring the financial disclosures from Enterprise Group, Intravenous Infusions, and Quantum Terminals, as any prolonged delay beyond the extension period could raise concerns about the companies’ financial health and governance structures.
