Former Hearts of Oak legend, Yaw Amankwah Mireku has urged the club to get players with experience and quality who can turn the fortunes of the club around after the team’s poor start in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
The Ghanaian giants lie bottom on the league log after suffering two defeats in the opening fixtures of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.
Amankwah Mireku who was part of the CAF Champions League winning squad advised management to sign players with pedigree.
“The management of Hearts of Oak should bring on more experienced players because the performance of some players is below average,” Mireku told Kumasi based OTEC Fm.
“The team needs intelligent players who can implement, create something, think fast and solve the problem on the field of play”, he added.
